Kevin Spilsbury is a Licensed Broker at Net Lease Realty Partners specializing in buyer-direct purchases of triple-net lease (NNN) investment properties and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges throughout the U.S.
Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investing including land acquisition, commercial land development and construction development. As an investor himself, Kevin currently owns numerous land and commercial investments and holds a Restricted Gaming License with the Nevada Gaming Control Board since 2001 as a member of the Timbers Hospitality Group.
Kevin and his wife of 20 years, Toni Spilsbury, have four children. In 2005 they founded a charity in Nevada after the birth of their son and continue to sit on the board of Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation to build the first-ever school for the blind in the state's history.
